Image, W2 ink distribution deal
Image Entertainment has struck a distribution deal with W2 Media covering U.S. rights to Image films including homevideo, television, digital and VOD. W2 Media keeps theatrical rights on all Image game game titles. The very first slate of releases includes "Toast," "Pete Smalls Is Dead," "Smile" and "The Puck Hogs." "Toast" was released theatrically in September "Pete Smalls Is Dead," starring Peter Dinklage, is positioned for just about any theatrical release on Friday. The sale announcement is created Tuesday through the American Film Market by Bill Bromiley, chief purchases officer for Image. "This lately produced deal can be a terrific addition towards the distribution pipeline of latest release from Image Entertainment," Bromiley mentioned.
