Black Eyed Peas To Become Listed On Obama For Tree Lighting

Carson Daly will host the lighting ceremony Thursday. Entertainers will even include In A Major Way Hurry, Betty Goulding, this guitar rock band OneRepublic, country star Rodney Atkins and singer Marsha Ambrosius. Leader Obama and the family will formally light the tree. This is the 89th year for that holiday tree lighting. The tradition started with Leader Calvin Coolidge in 1923. This is actually the first lighting of the new National Christmas Tree which was grown in March. Its a 26-feet-tall Colorado blue brighten from the Nj tree nursery.
